This is a reoccurring problem with in ground storm shelters.
This lady had this in ground storm shelter installed about 6 months ago. Now it has floated out of the ground. This is one of the trouble with an in ground storm shelter. Now she can't not get the installer to repair his work, thus making the storm shelter is USELESS
